REQUIREMENTS
Experience
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
• Strong experience in requirement analysis and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience working directly with customers throughout the SDLC.
• Experience performing Product Owner responsibilities is highly preferred.
• Experience supporting Japanese customers or working as a BrSE is a strong advantage.

Language Skills
Preferred
• Japanese: JLPT N2 or above.
• Comfortable communicating in English or strong English communication skills with experience working directly with international customers.
