JOB OVERVIEW
• We are seeking a Business Analyst (Japanese N2+) to gather, analyze, and translate business and system requirements for Japanese market IT projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Facilitate workshops and conduct CRP sessions with end users to gather and refine requirements (including UI/UX)
• Prepare design documents, including Basic Design and Architecture Design
• Plan and support system evaluation after implementation, including UAT and end-user training
• Provide business analysis and consulting support throughout the project lifecycle
REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications
• Japanese proficiency: JLPT N2+
• At least 2 years of IT experience working with end users
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Experience in preparing high-level design documents (RD, BD)
• Experience in SCM or manufacturing-related domains (2+ years)
• Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
• Good communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in testing or quality assurance after implementation
Nice to have
• Having a strong technical background (5+ years) is a plus
• Proficiency in UML, system design, and modeling tools
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365)
• Experience in one or more domains: Finance/Accounting, Logistics/ Manufacturing, Facility/Building Management
