JOB OVERVIEW
• We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (Japanese N1) to lead and deliver projects for Japanese clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with clients to define business and technical requirements
• Lead proposal, estimation, and solution consulting
• Manage project delivery, timeline, and team performance
• Control project budget and ensure project success
REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in IT projects
• Japanese proficiency: N1 or equivalent
• Strong documentation and presentation skills
• Experience in the software development lifecycle
Nice to have
• PMP / PMI-ACP certification
• Experience managing large-scale projects (50–100 members)
• Domain knowledge in Finance, E-commerce, and Logistics
