JOB OVERVIEW
• We are looking for a Business Analyst (Non-IT, Japanese N2+) to support business operations, documentation, and communication with Japanese clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Participate in a training program (1-6 months) to become a professional BA following Japanese standards
• Support requirement gathering, documentation, and system design under guidance
• Join consulting and system development projects after training (Vietnam or Japan)
• Contribute ideas and support BA activities in early project phases
REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications
• Japanese proficiency: JLPT N2+ (4 skills)
• Strong analytical thinking and willingness to learn
• Proactive, adaptable, and open to challenges
• Willing to work onsite and in the office
Nice to have
• Basic IT knowledge
• Knowledge in domains such as SCM, ERP
