JOB OVERVIEW
• We are seeking a Bridge Software Engineer (Japanese N2+) to act as the key liaison between Japanese clients and offshore development teams, ensuring smooth communication and delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Act as a bridge between Japanese clients and Vietnam development teams
•    Analyze requirements and communicate with developers
•    Support development, testing, and quality assurance
•    Contribute to product improvement and delivery

REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications
•    2+ years of experience as BrSE or similar role
•    Strong communication, analysis, and presentation skills
•    Experience with web development frameworks and tools
•    Japanese proficiency: N2+ (business communication)

Nice to have
•    Experience with .NET, Angular, SQL
•    Familiar with Jira, Slack, Azure DevOps
