RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a communication bridge between the Vietnamese subsidiary and the parent company in Japan
- Join the web application development team as a core member
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of company products
- Receive, analyze, and communicate requirements from the Japanese headquarters to the development team in Vietnam
- Support developers in building features and verifying that they meet customer requirements
- Participate in idea contribution and product quality improvement
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in Japanese (N2 or higher level of communication)
- Experience in roles such as Business Analyst (BA), Bridge System Engineer (BrSE), or Developer
- Strong skills in teamwork, analysis, design, communication, and presenting in Japanese
- Proactive, with strong self-learning ability and a positive working attitude
- Skilled in UML tools, design, and modeling
- Experience working on financial or cardrelated business system
Nice to have:
- Have a solid foundation for object-oriented design / object-oriented programming (OOD / OOP) Experience with Java EE, Object Relational Mapping (ORM) Framework, Java Server Pages (JSP),
- Experience with Struts, Spring and / or Hibernate Frameworks, RESTful programming, Java Batch.
- Experience with JavaScript, TypesScript, HTML and CSS. process XML like XSD, XS..v.v.
- Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) .DB: Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, noSQL.
