JOB OVERVIEW 
• FPT Software is looking for a Lead and strengthen Independent Verification Services (IVS)'s presale and consulting capability by driving solution strategy, proposal excellence, customer consulting, and sales enablement across key markets. The role acts as a bridge between Sales, Delivery, Practice, and Customers to maximize win rate, accelerate revenue growth, and establish IVS as a trusted Quality Engineering & AI Validation partner.

RESPONSIBILITIES 
• We are seeking an experienced Presale Lead to drive business growth by leading solution consulting, strategic deal pursuits, and presale capability development across IVS service lines. You will work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Practice teams to develop winning solutions, improve proposal effectiveness, and strengthen IVS's market positioning globally. 
• Lead presales and solution consulting activities across IVS service lines, including AI Validation, Migration Testing, Automotive Validation, Regression Factory, QA Consulting, and Test Automation. 
• Partner with Sales, Market Units, and Delivery teams to identify opportunities, develop winning strategies, and accelerate revenue growth. 
• Own end-to-end proposal development, including solution design, estimation, pricing strategy, and executive-level customer presentations. 
• Build and standardize service offerings, proposal assets, case studies, and presale best practices to improve scalability and efficiency across IVS. 
• Develop and mentor presale consultants through knowledge sharing, proposal governance, and capability-building initiatives. 
• Strengthen IVS market positioning by building strategic partnerships, engaging customers, and promoting innovative Quality Engineering and AI Validation solutions.

REQUIREMENTS
Must have
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 
• 10+ years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Engineering, IT Services, Consulting, or Digital Transformation. 
• 5+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Delivery Management, Practice Leadership, or Business Development. 
• Strong understanding of Quality Engineering, Test Automation, QA Consulting, or one or more IVS service areas (AI Validation, Migration Testing, Automotive Validation, Regression Factory). 
• Proven experience leading proposal development, solution design, effort estimation, pricing strategy, and executive-level customer presentations. 
• Experience developing service offerings, go-to-market strategies, sales assets, and reusable presale frameworks. 
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring Presale Consultants, Solution Architects, or Consulting teams. 
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Account, Delivery, and Practice teams. 
• Excellent communication, presentation, consulting, and negotiation skills. 
• Business-level English proficiency.

Nice to have 
• Experience supporting large-scale outsourcing, managed services, or multi-million-dollar deal pursuits. 
• Knowledge of AI/GenAI, Responsible AI, AI Validation, Automotive Software, Cloud, or Digital Engineering. 
• Professional certifications such as ISTQB, PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, AWS, Azure, or equivalent. 
• Experience working with global customers across Japan, North America, Europe, or APAC markets. 
• Strong industry knowledge in Automotive, Manufacturing, Banking, Healthcare, or Enterprise Software domains. 
• Experience building strategic partnerships with technology vendors or consulting partners
