Senior Presales Consultant (BFSI domain)

RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Work closely with BFSI clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technology solutions.
•    Provide consulting on digital transformation, core banking systems / insurance platforms, and financial services applications.
•    Support project delivery by bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
•    Conduct market and regulatory analysis to ensure solutions align with industry standards and compliance requirements.
•    Develop proposals, solution designs, and business cases for BFSI projects.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, architects, QA, project managers) to ensure successful implementation.
•    Drive customer engagement, manage expectations, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
•    Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling FPT Software’s BFSI solutions and services.

REQUIREMENTS
•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
•    Minimum 8–10 years of experience in BFSI consulting, digital banking, or insurance technology projects.
•    Strong knowledge of core banking systems, payment solutions/ insurance platforms, and financial regulations.
•    Experience in project management or business analysis within BFSI transformation initiatives.
•    Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
•    Fluent in English; experience working with international BFSI clients is preferred
