RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work directly with US customers and stakeholders; willing to work night shift.
- Conduct requirement meetings/workshops with business users, customers, and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify requirements.
- Create and maintain requirement and analysis artifacts, including:
- Business Requirement Definitions (BRD)
- Software Requirement Specifications (SRS)
- Mockups/Wireframes
- User Stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Business process flows and other functional documentation
- Deliver presentations/demos to confirm requirement understanding and obtain stakeholder approval.
- Ensure requirements align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.
- Prioritize requirements and manage backlogs based on business needs.
- Translate requirements into actionable tasks for the project team; ensure clarity on what to build and why.
- Perform Project Acceptance Testing prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Run workshops and training sessions to help stakeholders effectively use delivered software/applications.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
- Strong skills in requirement elicitation, analysis, documentation, and prioritization.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Proven experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, business process flows, and functional documentation.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience as a Scrum Master and/or certification (CSM, PSM).
- Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
- Domain knowledge in Manufacturing, ERP, or MES.
