RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as technical expert and main interface between the project team and the client’s technical team.
- Analyze requirements and build solution proposals/decision documents based on identified needs.
- Define, develop, and continuously update software architecture, technical documentation, and wiki pages, considering performance, scalability, reliability, availability, risks, cost, quality, feasibility.
- Evaluate and propose the most suitable solutions to resolve technical issues.
- Plan and conduct technical audits, design reviews, and code reviews for key/major modules; identify technical issues and risks early.
- Review technical stack regularly to detect outdated/unsupported technologies, patterns, or tools; advise PM and client with findings and recommendations.
- Support ODC teams on technical aspects; create initial project structure and foundation/framework.
- Capture stakeholder expectations regarding software systems and architecture; ensure alignment across teams.
- Own code quality and ensure team compliance with standards and best practices; coach and mentor developers.
- Control database structure changes: ensure any DB change is reviewed and approved by client technical team before development.
- Review impact analysis of technical changes on client dependencies.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in requirement analysis/business analysis and working with stakeholders (in software projects).
- Fluent English (speaking, listening, reading, writing) and confident communication directly with customers.
- Strong knowledge of Java Core.
- Hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot / Hibernate (JPA).
- Experience with relational databases and NoSQL databases.
- Experience implementing and operating/monitoring microservices.
- Frontend foundation: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery; proficiency with ReactJS.
- Experience developing systems on AWS or other cloud platforms; understanding of microservices architecture and/or serverless.
- Good understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills; able to translate between business and engineering effectively.
- Customer-oriented mindset; well-organized, rigorous, proactive, and deadline-driven; creativity and sense of innovation.
Nice to have
- Experience with NodeJS, broader Frontend scope, and/or DevOps practices.
