RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop GenAI-based solutions, including LLM applications, Agentic AI workflows, and RAG pipelines.
- Design and implement large-scale AI solutions on AWS, especially multi-agent chatbot architectures.
- Analyze and process unstructured data, ensuring high reliability, robust exception handling, and observability.
- Implement and maintain simple ETL processes, data transformations, data flows, and service APIs.
- Build and deploy production-ready AI services/applications (performance, stability, monitoring, maintainability).
- Collaborate in interdisciplinary, cross-functional teams following Agile methodologies.
- Contribute to code quality via clean architecture, testing practices, and documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2–3+ years of experience in an AI/ML/GenAI role, with hands-on LLM/RAG experience.
- Advanced Python skills:
- async programming, multiprocessing
- OOP, clean code, PEP8
- Strong understanding of GenAI concepts and components:
- LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search
- Experience with data integration:
- ETL, APIs, data transformations/data pipelines
- Familiarity with databases: SQL and NoSQL
- Proven ability to build and deploy production-ready applications/services.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, such as:
- S3, Lambda, Fargate, Bedrock, DynamoDB
- Experience with version control using Git (e.g., VS Code + Git workflow).
- Strong self-management, quality mindset, and ownership.
Skills & Personal Attributes
- Strong structuring and algorithmic thinking.
- Open to change and eager to learn/apply new technologies.
- Good communication skills with excellent English (written and spoken).
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with monitoring/observability tools and logging practices for AI services.
- Experience with prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and RAG quality measurement.
