RESPONSIBILITIES
- Task assignment, code review, technical quality control for projects, and training/mentoring team members.
- Resolving complex technical issues (technical bottlenecks) and proposing technical solutions for clients/projects.
- Experience working with Japanese clients.
- English reading & comprehension skills (for technical documentation).
- Available for urgent onboarding in September.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in Java programming; strong capability in system architecture design, applying Design Patterns, and optimizing performance/security for applications.
- Java Core & Framework: Proficient in Java Core, OOP; deep expertise in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate) to lead RESTful API design and Microservices/Monolith architecture.
- Database & Optimization: Proficient in optimizing complex SQL queries, designing DB Schema, and working effectively with RDBMS (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle) and Caching (Redis/Memcached).
- Front-end & Integration: Solid knowledge of JavaScript/HTML/CSS; deep understanding of Front-end & Back-end integration flows to guide the team and handle system integration challenges.
- System & CI/CD: Practical understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and software development processes.
