JOB OVERVIEW
We are currently looking for a Cloud Administrator to join our project team, which is one of the UK’s leading financial and online retail corporations specializing in corporate travel solutions., with annual revenue exceeding £2.2 billion RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain CTM’s telecommunication systems including PBX, VoIP, SIP trunks, and Microsoft Teams.
- Configure call routing plans, IVR systems, and auto-attendants.
- Monitor system performance and conduct capacity planning.
- Implement IAM policies, encryption protocols, and firewall rules for secure communication.
- Provide end-user support and troubleshoot telecommunication issues.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong understanding of PBX systems (on-premises and cloud-based).
- In-depth knowledge of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP), codecs, and SBCs.
- Experience with unified communications platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
- Basic understanding of LAN/WAN and QoS principles.
- Ability to diagnose call quality and connectivity issues.
- Proficiency in monitoring system performance and identifying issues.
- Knowledge of IAM, RBAC, TLS/SRTP encryption, and network security.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Python) and documentation ability.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts in 24x7 or 24x5 services or UK time zone.
