JOB OVERVIEW
We are currently looking for an Administrator - CRM to join our project team, which is one of the UK’s leading financial and online retail corporations specializing in corporate travel solutions., with annual revenue exceeding £2.2 billion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure efficient operation, maintenance, and enhancement of CTM’s CRM platform (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Provide technical support and training to end-users to maximize CRM adoption and usability.
- Manage CRM data integrity, including data cleansing, validation, and governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integration and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain platform stability and reliability.
- Drive continuous improvement by staying updated on new CRM features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Support business processes by configuring CRM workflows, dashboards, and automation tools.
REQUIREMENTS
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) and/or
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate and/or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate.
- Experience in CRM administration and configuration, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Proficiency in managing CRM data integrity, including data cleansing and governance.
- Knowledge of system integration and API connectivity between CRM and other platforms.
- Ability to provide technical support and troubleshoot CRM-related issues.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation tools such as Power Automate or JavaScript.
- Strong analytical skills in problem-solving, process optimization, and trend analysis.
- Rotational Shift-working for rotation among ANZ, ASIA, NA, EMEA time zone
