RESPONSIBILITIES
• We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead the Japan market go-to-market for FPT Software's testing services. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle in Japanese, build long-term customer relationships, and partner with our solution and delivery teams to land and grow strategic accounts. 
• Lead presale activities for Japan market, working with FJP Sales and key accounts to identify and develop business opportunities.  
• Engage customers to understand business challenges and propose suitable QA, Testing, AI Validation, Automotive Validation, and Migration Testing solutions.  
• Develop solution proposals, effort estimates, pricing models, and presentation materials for strategic opportunities.  
• Conduct customer workshops, solution demos, and executive presentations in Japanese.  
• Coordinate Sales, Delivery, SMEs, and Practice teams to build competitive proposals and increase win rates.  
• Build and maintain reusable presale assets, including capability decks, case studies, proposal templates, and service offerings.  
• Support account mining, customer relationship development, and expansion of existing accounts.  
• Monitor market trends and customer demands to enhance IVS offerings and go-to-market strategies.  
• Coach junior presales and contribute to building consulting and presale capability within IVS.  
• Support revenue growth, pipeline conversion, and achievement of annual business targets.

REQUIREMENTS 
Must have
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. 
• 5+ years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Engineering, IT Services, or Digital Transformation. 
• 2+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Delivery Management, or Business Development. 
• Strong understanding of one or more domains: QA/Testing, Test Automation, AI Validation, Automotive Testing, or Migration Testing. 
• Proven experience in proposal development, effort estimation, solution design, and customer presentations. 
• Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or above) with the ability to communicate directly with customers. 
• Business-level English for collaboration with global teams. 
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and consulting skills. 
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams during deal pursuits.

Nice to have 
• JLPT N1 certification
• Experience working onsite in Japan or supporting Japanese customers. 
• Experience in Automotive, Manufacturing, Banking, or Enterprise Digital Transformation projects. 
• Knowledge of AI/GenAI, Responsible AI, AI Validation, or Data Quality. 
• Experience in large-scale outsourcing, managed services, or multimillion-dollar deal pursuits. 
• Hands-on experience with Test Management, Automation Frameworks, DevOps, or Cloud platforms. 
• ISTQB, PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, AWS, Azure, or other relevant certifications. 
• Experience leading presale teams, mentoring consultants, or building reusable solution assets. 
• Established network with FJP sales teams and key Japanese accounts.
