RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute customer reception and hospitality programs.
- Coordinate and support clients throughout project engagements; monitor and promptly resolve arising issues.
- Prepare meeting rooms, documents, and necessary equipment before meetings.
- Arrange airport pickups, hotel reservations, business dinners, and customer visit itineraries (within Hanoi and neighboring provinces).
- Accompany customers during lunches, dinners, and business events when required.
- Estimate, monitor, and manage client hospitality expenses; collect and process invoices related to customer visits.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure the best possible customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:
- Foreign Languages
- Tourism & Hospitality
- Business Administration
- Aviation
- Or other related disciplines.
Experience & Skills
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or client relations is an advantage.
- Fluent English communication skills (equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or above), especially in listening and speaking.
- Or Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 level or above, particularly strong listening and speaking skills.
- Good presentation skills and ability to interpret/translate basic business-related content.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to work outside normal business hours when required (overtime benefits provided according to company policy).
- Comfortable participating in customer networking events where alcoholic beverages may be served.
- Female candidates are preferred.
