RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead our ERP/Data projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, possess English language proficiency at C1or above, and demonstrate a proven capability in managing projects with US clients. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end application maintenance projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, support, etc.) to achieve project goals.
- Communicate project status and updates to clients, serving as the main point of contact.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and necessary documentation.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure project objectives are met.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and compliance with company and industry standards.
- Facilitate meetings, status reviews, and oversee post-implementation support.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ YOE managing projects with US clients
- Hands-on
- Able to work under pressure and capable of night shifts
- Accepts expatriate assignments
- Fluent communication in English (C1+)
