As the Lead - Product, you will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for MoMo's Customer Intelligence ecosystem, building AI-native platforms that help the organization deeply understand customer needs, behaviors, and motivations. Powered by agentic development, you'll work within a high-impact product cell that challenges assumptions, rapidly turns ideas into working products, and continuously pushes the boundaries of what's possible with AI. Sitting at the intersection of customer research, data, engineering, AI, and business, you'll own products end-to-end—from discovery and experimentation to launch, adoption, and iteration—making Customer Intelligence a core capability that accelerates how MoMo builds products. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery and rapid prototyping to launch and continuous iteration. Translate customer needs, business opportunities, and emerging AI capabilities into scalable, high-impact products. Leverage a strong engineering background to shape solution architecture, evaluate technical trade-offs, and accelerate delivery through product development. Harness agentic AI to automate research workflows, generate insights, and create intelligent product experiences. Cross-functional CollaborationWork within a high-impact product cell team alongside Engineering, AI, Design, Research, Data, and Business teams. Challenge the status quo through rapid experimentation, customer insights, and data-driven decision-making. Align stakeholders around a shared product vision and measurable business outcomes. Build reusable platforms, frameworks, and AI capabilities that scale Customer Intelligence across the organization. Champion AI-first product practices that maximize innovation, execution speed, and customer impact. Yêu cầu công việcBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business, or a related field. Innovative in how you work, especially with AI. Using AI just for questioning and summarization is unacceptable here. We expect you to push much further — replace mockups with working MVPs, prototype real products in hours, run user research and data analysis at a scale no human team could match, and rebuild your own workflows around AI as the default. If "I asked ChatGPT for ideas" is the limit of how you use AI today, this role will not be a fit.3-5+ years of product building experience, with a track record of shipping work that moved meaningful metrics. Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience in Python, SQL, and modern front-end or full-stack development. Experience building AI-powered applications is a strong advantage. A sharp problem-solver. When you see a messy, ambiguous business question, your instinct is to break it down, find the real bottleneck, and design a path forward — not to wait for someone to hand you the brief. Calm and effective under pressure. Wealth products move real money for real people, and timelines are rarely comfortable. You can pitch an idea to leadership, align a cross-functional team on a tough tradeoff, and explain a complex concept to a non-technical colleague — all in the same day.
