The team is working toward building a comprehensive expense management tool leveraging AI/ML to personalize insights, predict spending, and deliver goal-based financial advice that helps users stay ahead of their finances, not just reflect on them.
We're looking for a Product Executive who wants to genuinely learn, not just get things done.
You'll research users, analyze data, and work across teams to turn ideas into features that truly matter. The right person thinks structurally, learns fast, takes initiative and is genuinely user-obsessed, not just understanding their needs but feeling their pain.
At the Expense Management team, this is your real launchpad to own a product, build a strong foundation for a Product Management career, and create financial solutions that matter to millions of Vietnamese users.
Participate across the full product lifecycle: from discovery and solution design through development, launch, and iterationSupport product performance tracking, identify gaps, and propose data-driven improvementsCollaborate with Design and Engineering to define user flows, product requirements, and ensure quality delivery
Conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis to deeply understand user segmentation, behaviors, and journeysTranslate insights into clear product hypotheses, solutions, and improvement opportunitiesValidate ideas through experimentation (prototype, A/B testing, rapid iteration)
Drive end-to-end product lifecycle: from discovery → solution design → development → launch → iterationCollaborate closely with Design and Engineering teams to define: User flows, Product requirements, System specificationsEnsure smooth sprint execution, clear backlog prioritization, and high-quality deliveryDefine and track key product metrics and success indicatorsWork with Data team to build dashboards and monitor product health
Work with Business, Design, Engineering, and Data teams to align priorities and drive executionCommunicate product direction and progress clearly to relevant stakeholders
