Senior QC Engineer

Mô tả công việcPerform testing for CRM / Promotion / Gamification features on Web, Mobile, and Backend;Create and maintain Test Cases, Test Plans, and Test Reports;Execute Functional, Integration, Regression, and Ad-hoc Testing;Validate business logic: rules, participation conditions, reward distribution, and limitations;Review requirements (PRD/BRD) to identify risks and edge cases early;Prepare test data and test environments for each campaign/game;Track testing progress and report bugs, risks, and quality status to TL/PM;Collaborate with Dev, Product, and Ops teams to ensure stable releases. Yêu cầu công việc2–4 years of experience in Manual Testing (Web / Mobile / Backend);Experience in testing Promotion / Gamification / Campaign / CRM systems;Strong skills in test case design, Integration Testing, and API Testing (Postman);Ability to query databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL);Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum; strong analytical and proactive mindset;Skills:Strong analytical thinking and sensitivity to business logic;Proactive working attitude;Good communication with Dev Product; able to ask the right questions;High sense of ownership; able to work under tight campaign/game release timelines;Nice to Have:Experience in testing Promotion / CRM systems;Experience in testing systems with complex business logic, multiple rules, and integrations with multiple external/internal parties.
