Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong illustration background, creative thinking, and the ability to turn ideas into high-quality visuals. In this role, you will split your time equally between two key areas:1. Illustration Visual Development — creating illustrations and visual concepts for marketing campaigns and products.2. Graphic Design, UI Visual Branding — designing across multiple platforms and maintaining the consistency of the MoMo brand identity. The role also requires you to integrate AI workflows into your daily creative process to improve efficiency, speed, and quality. Mô tả công việcIllustration Visual Development — 50%Create illustrations for Main Visuals, Storyboards, and other visual assets for MoMo marketing campaigns and products. Develop artwork from initial sketches/concepts to final execution, applying strong knowledge of form, anatomy, lighting, perspective, and color to ensure a high level of visual quality. Build and maintain a brand element library. Graphic Design Branding — 50%Design Main Visuals, banners, social media content, OOH materials, and other communication assets across multiple platforms. Create visuals for in-app UI, webview, and digital touchpoints, ensuring layouts, spacing, and responsive behavior follow the design system. Build and maintain consistency across the brand identity system, including brand guidelines, visual systems, component templates, and asset libraries. Yêu cầu công việcBachelor's Degree in Illustration, Graphic Design, or a related field. Experience2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Illustrator, or in a similar role. A strong portfolio demonstrating capabilities in both illustration and graphic design. IllustrationStrong traditional and digital drawing skills, demonstrated through your portfolio. Solid understanding of anatomy, form, lighting, perspective, and color. Ability to work across different visual styles, including vector illustration and digital painting, depending on project requirements. Ability to develop and execute visual concepts. Graphic DesignProficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and other design tools. Strong foundation in layout, typography, branding, and image manipulation. Good understanding of visual systems and brand guidelines. AI WorkflowProficient in using AI tools for design and creative work. Ability to integrate AI tools such as ChatGPT, Magnific, and similar tools into the design process, including sketching, concept development, layout, and visual exploration, to optimize workflow and improve both speed and quality. Nice to haveExperience in Motion Design, 3D, or video production, especially with AI-powered tools such as Magnific, Higgsfield, and similar platforms. Experience working in fintech, super apps, or products with a large user base. Experience developing brand guidelines or design systems. Ability to create basic prototypes in Figma.
