Product Executive, Telco

Product Development:Create a roadmap that prioritizes and optimally product features to enhance the performance;Propose and explore new features and technologies to maintain a competitive edge and continually improve the value proposition;Gather requirements, conduct user research, and priorities the product backlog to ensure the team is focused on delivering high-impact projects;Oversee product launches, product marketing, and other go-to-market activitiesData-Driven Decisions:Leverage data analytics and insights to understand both user and merchant behavior, trends;Use data to make informed decisions, optimize existing features, and guide the development of new features to enhance performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Be the leader of cross-functional teams, comprising senior engineers, designer, analysts;Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization;Effectively communicate product updates, roadmap, and performance to stakeholders and leadership, addressing their concerns and incorporating feedback into product iterations;Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the voice of the product and fostering collaboration for mutual success. Mô tả công việcUnderstand markets, competition, and customer/user requirements in depth;Communicate, and analyze with Stakeholders to define clearly the business requirements of each user segment;Work with senior management to create product strategy and roadmap;Work closely with the Intelligent Business team to formulate strategic insights and propose action plans to achieve business objectives;Focus on user experience (UX) to ensure solutions are engaging and highly adopted by customers;Manage resources, priority to assure that all requirements are supported in a cost-effective, timely manner, with a resulting high level of User satisfaction;Work collaboratively with engineers and cutting-edge technologies;Analyze users' data and feedback to measure the product's effectiveness and make necessary adjustments. Yêu cầu công việc1+ year experience in positions related to product owner, technical business analyst, or software producer;Experience working with wireframe tools;Good documentation and presentation skills;Good understanding of business model(s) of any fields;Data-driven, able to make use of either raw data, data charts/dashboards and funnels to get proper insights;Problems Solutions-oriented mindset;Passion for mobile payment and a keen eye for good product design.
