In this role, you will bridge the gap between Machine Learning research and production systems, helping turn models into reliable, scalable, and high-impact products. Mô tả công việcBuild a large scale and high traffic microservices system;Design, build, and maintain scalable ML systems that serve real-time and batch predictions at scale;Develop feature pipelines, feature stores, model serving infrastructure, and data processing frameworks that power ML applications;Design and implement monitoring solutions to ensure model performance, data quality, system reliability, and business impact;Optimize ML systems for latency, scalability, availability, and maintainability in production environments;Contribute to the technical direction of ML infrastructure and platform engineering at MoMo. Hands-on experience with data processing frameworks, ML pipelines, and model deployment infrastructure;Solid understanding of Machine Learning concepts and the practical challenges of deploying and maintaining ML models in production;Proficiency in Python and experience with modern ML and data engineering ecosystems;Strong ownership mindset with a passion for building reliable, high-quality systems that deliver business impact;Collaborative and pragmatic approach to working with Data Scientists, Engineers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders;A builder mentality—you enjoy turning ideas and prototypes into production systems used by millions of users;
Fluently in using AI tools in every daily task. Nice to haveExperience with MLOps, feature stores, model monitoring, experimentation platforms, or ML platform engineering;Familiarity with cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes, streaming systems, and large-scale data platforms.
