Middle/Senior - Mobile Engineer, Financial Service

This role exists to build and develop core features of the MoMo application on React Native with high quality and performance, by applying AI into the team's daily development workflow, aiming to deliver a stable, smooth user experience and help the team launch features faster. At the Senior level, the role also leads mobile architecture while acting as the focal point for coordination and RD on AI application methods to boost team efficiency. Both levels have a development roadmap toward Fullstack—including backend (Java, Node.js), database, and taking on the QC role for projects. Mô tả công việcCommon Responsibilities (Both Levels)Core Feature Development: Design, build, and maintain app features using React Native, ensuring application stability, high performance, and smooth experience (e.g., crash-free rate ≥ [X]%, cold start time [X]s);AI Engineering Application: Utilize AI tools for coding, code review, debugging, refactoring, writing tests, and documentation to accelerate release speed and minimize production bugs;Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Design, Backend, and QA to convert user needs into feasible technical solutions and bring features to market on schedule;Expansion to Fullstack QC: Step-by-step participate in backend and database tasks as required by the product, while taking on the QC role for projects (building test cases, testing features before release) to help reduce bugs leaking to production. Additional Responsibilities for Senior Level:Mobile Architecture: Lead architectural decisions regarding state management, navigation, offline-first, and native modules (Swift/Kotlin), keeping the codebase scalable and shortening development time for new features;Team Process Development: Perform code reviews, mentor mid/junior members (including effective AI usage), coordinate RD to test and share effective AI applications across the team, and propose improvements to mobile development processes. Yêu cầu công việcKnowledge SkillsReact Native TypeScript: Proven experience building React Native applications in production (App Store / Google Play) with real users; proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, state management (Redux/Zustand/MobX), and React Navigation. Mobile Engineering Fundamentals: Experience integrating RESTful APIs, solid understanding of architectural patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.), hands-on experience with push notifications and deep linking; capable of writing tests and testing feature quality. AI-Native Working Style: Proficient in using AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) as a core part of the daily workflow. For Senior Level: Proven track record of proposing and defending architectural decisions for production apps (offline-first, native modules, Reanimated, CI/CD for mobile) and able to guide others in using AI effectively. Work StyleOwnership: Take end-to-end accountability for feature quality from design to post-release; proactively monitor and resolve production issues. Fast Learner Adaptability: Proactively experiment with new technologies and methodologies; ready to step into backend, database, and QC tasks when required by the team. Knowledge Sharing: Willing to communicate, review, and spread knowledge within the team. Education Experience (Minimum)Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Middle: 3+ years of experience in mobile development, including 2+ years with React Native. Senior: 5+ years of experience in mobile development, including 3+ years with React Native. Years of experience are flexible for candidates with equivalent capabilities. Nice-to-HaveExperience with backend (Java, Node.js) or databases. Experience in native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development. Interview ProcessCandidates need to clearly demonstrate how they utilize AI to build products or streamline work processes; live demos are highly preferred.
