Senior - Graphic Designer

MoMo is looking for a Senior - Graphic Designer who thrives at the intersection of campaign thinking and visual craft. You'll lead creative development from concept to final artwork across campaigns, social content, and brand communications - while actively using AI tools to push creative quality and speed. This is not a production role. We need someone who can think conceptually, art-direct a visual system, and bring ideas to life across multiple touchpoints. Mô tả công việcCreative Campaign Design (30%)Lead the development of creative concepts and visual direction for brand campaigns - from brief interpretation through key visual, social rollout, and cross-platform adaptation. Design Main Visuals, Social Posts, Banners (In-App / Web), OOH, and Webview materials aligned with campaign strategy and brand standards. Collaborate with copywriters, motion designers, and marketing teams to translate campaign ideas into cohesive visual systems. Participate in brainstorming and concept development for new campaigns, seasonal activations, and brand initiatives. Social Design Content (60%)Design MoMo's always-on feed across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms such as Threads: posts, carousels, video covers, and short-form visual content, each designed native to its platform rather than resized from one master. Work with content writer teams to turn audience insights, communication objectives, and cultural moments into relevant visual ideas. Stay current with social design trends, platform specs, and content formats to keep MoMo's visual presence fresh and competitive. AI-Powered Creative ProductionIntegrate generative AI tools into daily design workflow for image creation, visual enhancement, and rapid prototyping. Use AI image generation tools (ChatGPT, Gemini or similar) to produce high-quality visual assets from prompt to final polish. Use AI upscaling enhancement tools (Magnific or similar) to refine and elevate output quality. Explore and apply AI video generation tools (Higgsfield, Seedance, Runway, Kling, or similar) for short-form social video and motion content. Document and share AI workflows with the team - contributing to our internal AI creative playbook. Yêu cầu công việcMust-HaveBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.4+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a Senior Designer or equivalent role. Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign-level work: key visuals, social design systems, multi-touchpoint rollouts. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma. Solid understanding of design principles - layout, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy. Ability to develop visual concepts and art direction from a creative brief. Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools - must demonstrate a real workflow of prompt → generate → refine → final output (not casual experimentation). Familiarity with at least 2 AI creative tools such as: Chatgpt, Magnific, Higgsfield or equivalent. Strong time management - ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams. Strong analytical thinking - able to connect design decisions to marketing objectives and communication effectiveness.
