Product Executive (eKYC & User Trust)

eKYC is the gateway for millions of MoMo users to access financial services - from e-wallets and consumer loans to Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL), insurance, and credit cards. Every improvement in the verification journey directly impacts revenue, user growth, and risk management at scale. As the Product Owner – eKYC User Trust, you will take end-to-end ownership of the user identity verification system, one of the most critical and complex systems within the platform. This role is ideal for a Product Owner with strong analytical thinking, a deep understanding of the financial services landscape, and a passion for solving complex challenges at the intersection of user experience, security, and business growth. Mô tả công việcProduct Ownership RoadmapOwn the end-to-end lifecycle of the eKYC product, including ID card scanning, facial verification, and additional verification flows. Build and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing the backlog based on impact and effort. Serve as the primary point of contact (PIC) to coordinate across AI, Engineering, QC, Design, Risk, and Customer Support teams. Product Analytics OptimizationImprove eKYC completion rates across two key use cases: user activation (new users) and financial services onboarding (loans, BNPL, insurance, and credit cards). Analyze funnels, identify drop-off points, and translate quantitative and qualitative insights into actionable product improvements. Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points in the verification journey. Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize the user experience. Risk Management ComplianceBalance conversion growth with risk control metrics, including fraud rate, AML, and account takeover (ATO). Translate Risk and Compliance requirements into feasible, clearly defined product solutions. Monitor and regularly report on key metrics, including conversion rate, Customer Support ticket volume, CSAT, and risk metrics. User Trust InitiativesContribute to User Trust Safety initiatives across the platform. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the reliability and security of the system. Yêu cầu công việcMust-have2–4 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager. A data-driven product mindset, with the ability to independently analyze data and derive actionable insights. Hands-on experience independently developing hypotheses, designing experiments, and evaluating A/B testing results. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly Risk, Engineering, and Design. Nice-to-haveDirect experience with eKYC, OCR, or facial recognition systems. Experience working with AI/ML-powered products. Experience in ITBA.
