Intern - Merchant Growth (Fulltime 6 months)

This role exists to support the growth and operational performance of the iPOS × MoMo merchant ecosystem by analyzing business performance, identifying gaps across the end-to-end merchant journey, and supporting improvement initiatives across MoMo and iPOS. The role will primarily support EDC / card payment initiatives, while also contributing to broader merchant payment and operational optimization projectsMô tả công việcBusiness Performance Analysis: Support analysis of EDC and iPOS × MoMo performance, including merchant activation, transaction volume, GMV and key operational metrics, to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities. End-to-End Process Optimization: Review merchant journeys and operational workflows to identify friction points and support improvement initiatives across onboarding, activation, transaction and merchant support. Project Coordination: Support cross-functional initiatives between MoMo and iPOS by tracking issues, actions, owners and timelines to ensure agreed improvements are implemented effectively. Reporting Business Insights: Consolidate business data, merchant feedback and project updates into clear reports and recommendations to support business decision-making. Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills; comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets. Ability to structure business problems and translate data into clear findings and actionable insights. Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across different teams and stakeholders. Basic understanding of business metrics such as transaction volume, GMV, activation and retention; knowledge of fintech or payments is a plus

Education and Experience

Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics,or related fields.

Previous internship, university project or extracurricular experience involving business analysis, operations, fintech, payments, e-commerce or consulting is a plus, but not required
