(Associate) - Product Growth (Cash Loan)

Vay Nhanh is MoMo's unsecured cash loan product, serving millions of mass-market users on Vietnam's leading super app. This is an entry-level role for fresh graduates or early-career talent who want to grow into a product and growth professional in fintech. Working closely with the Product Owner, you will help build and develop the product and contribute directly to key challenges in user growth, customer experience, and business performance. You will learn to work end-to-end: framing problems, analyzing data, understanding users, proposing solutions, and measuring results. Every initiative is measured by its real impact on customers and business outcomes, not by the number of features shipped. Mô tả công việc1. Data analysis reportingMonitor and analyze the full funnel: Whitelist → Apply → Approve → Disburse → ReloanIdentify bottlenecks and growth opportunities by segment, channel, and user journeyDig into data (SQL, dashboards) to find root causes, going beyond descriptive reporting2. User research product optimizationCombine quantitative data with qualitative research (surveys, interviews, CS feedback) to understand user needs and barriersPropose product, UX, offer, and CRM solutions with clear hypotheses and estimated impactPrioritize initiatives by impact, effort, and risk3. Execution measurementWrite PRDs/BRDs and work with Design, Tech, Risk, and Data to bring solutions to marketDesign and run A/B tests, measure results, and make data-driven scale/kill decisionsTrack post-launch performance: conversion, volume, portfolio quality, and unit economics4. Project managementManage timeline, scope, and risks for assigned projectsWork with internal stakeholders (Risk, Marketing, CX, Finance, Tech, other MoMo product teams) and external partners (lending partners, vendors)Report progress and results to management on a regular cadenceYêu cầu công việcMust-have1-2 years of experience.
