Senior Team Leader - Data Analytics

The Senior Team Leader - Data Analytics will be part of MoMo’s Product Development Data team, contributing to data-driven decision-making across product, business, and operations teams. This role is responsible for transforming large-scale product, customer, and operational data into reliable insights, scalable analytics solutions, and actionable recommendations. The role exists to help MoMo better understand users, monitor business performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize product decisions through high-quality analytics, automation, and stakeholder partnership. Mô tả công việcBuild, develop, and maintain automated dashboards and standardized reports to monitor key business, product, and operational performance metrics. Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and insights that support data-driven decisions across MoMo. Translate analytical findings into clear, practical, and actionable recommendations for product, business, marketing, operations, and leadership stakeholders. Monitor data quality, validate key metrics, and work with relevant teams to ensure data sources are reliable, consistent, and useful for decision-making. Design scalable analytics solutions, reusable datasets, and best practices that empower stakeholders to become more self-reliant in using data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, consolidate requirements, and deliver analytics projects in a timely manner. Support analyses related to customer segmentation, user acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, gamification, A/B testing, and product optimization. Conduct ad-hoc reporting, deep-dive analysis, and business case support for strategic or urgent business questions. Mentor analysts by sharing analytical approaches, reviewing outputs, and improving the overall quality of data storytelling and insight generation. Yêu cầu công việcBachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Management, Economics, or a related quantitative field.6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, product analytics, commercial analytics, or a similar role. Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail. Hands-on experience building AI agents or automated data workflowsAbility to visualize findings, create meaningful insights, and turn analysis into actionable recommendations. Experience with BI, analytics, or statistics tools such as Google BigQuery, Looker Studio / Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, Python, or R. Good understanding of customer segmentation, funnel analysis, cohort analysis, A/B testing, experimentation, and performance measurement. Strong spoken and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese. Experience in fintech, e-wallet, payments, digital products, consumer platforms, or high-volume transaction environments is a plus.
