Develop and manage product development and production plans.
Execute and control component planning during the product development phase (PFEP – Plan for Every Part).
Review and transfer technical documentation, drawings, and processes from R&D to manufacturing.
Assess feasibility and readiness of R&D designs for implementation on existing production lines.
Standardize and manage technology transfer processes between R&D and manufacturing.
Lead trial runs, pilot production, scale-up activities, and process optimization.
Train and align production teams on processes, equipment, and operating standards.
Monitor and support first production runs to ensure quality, yield, and performance targets are met.
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, QA/QC, and Production teams to resolve technical issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cost, efficiency, and productivity.
