Job Summary:
Join VinDynamics to build and scale the operational backbone of AI-powered robotics platforms.
As a Platform Operations Specialist, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, QA and Business teams to ensure platform readiness, operational excellence and successful product launches.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy solving complex operational problems, designing scalable workflows and driving cross-functional execution in a fast-growing AI company.
Platform Operations
Own day-to-day platform operations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams for release readiness.
Monitor operational performance and resolve bottlenecks.
Workflow & Process Improvement
Design and improve SOPs/workflows.
Standardize operational processes.
Identify automation opportunities.
Quality Operations
Execute operational QC.
Collaborate with Product & Engineering.
Drive RCA and improvements.
Launch Readiness
Coordinate launch readiness.
Track checklist and risks.
Ensure operational readiness before production.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with Product, Engineering, QA and Business.
Translate operational requirements into execution.
Support issue resolution.
Continuous Improvement
Analyze operational metrics.
Support AI-driven automation.
Help build scalable Platform Operations framework.
Must Have
3+ years in Platform Operations, Product Operations, Business Operations, PMO, QA Operations or related roles.
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
Good stakeholder communication.
Ability to work in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
High ownership and execution mindset.
Nice to Have
Experience with software products or digital platforms.
Experience with AI products, data platforms or marketplace platforms.
Jira / Confluence experience.
Process improvement experience.
English communication.
