Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in AI or robotics R&D, including at least 3 years in a technical leadership or managerial role.
Strong expertise in computer vision (object detection, segmentation, pose estimation) and transformer-based architectures such as ViT, CLIP, BLIP, LLaVA, RT-2, or OpenVLA.
Proven hands-on experience training and deploying multimodal vision-language models in real-world systems.
Proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks including PyTorch and TensorFlow.
Solid experience designing AI data pipelines and analytics workflows using tools such as Pandas, Spark, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of model optimization and deployment on edge and embedded platforms.
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills, with the ability to manage and inspire multidisciplinary AI teams.
Research background in Vision-Language Models, Reinforcement Learning, or Embodied AI.
Publications in top-tier conferences such as CVPR, ICCV, NeurIPS, ICRA, or CoRL.
Experience with ROS2, real-time inference, and integrating AI modules into robotic control systems.
Background in AI-based security or behavioral analytics, including event detection, anomaly prediction, or crowd monitoring.
Experience building AI infrastructure, including MLOps, model versioning, experiment tracking, and performance dashboards.
Familiarity with AI safety alignment and hallucination mitigation in VLM or VLA systems.
