Key Responsibilities:
Set up and manage the overall legal and compliance framework for the company, ensuring alignment with both local and international standards.
Advise and recommend practical legal solutions for issues related to corporate law, intellectual property, investment, labor, and operational regulations.
Coordinate and supervise the legal setup, licensing, and ongoing compliance of the company’s overseas entities — particularly in the U.S. — in close collaboration with the U.S. legal representative.
Oversee and proactively manage legal compliance and business risks, ensuring accurate reporting and alignment with the Board’s direction.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law; Vietnamese Lawyer License is required
5+ years of experience in legal roles
Proven experience in setting up or managing legal structures for overseas companies (U.S. or other markets).
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese corporate, commercial, and labor laws; understanding of international legal frameworks.
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and business partnership mindset.
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally across time zones.
