Head of Finance & Accounting

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage financial policies, budgeting, reporting, cash flow management, and cost control

• Ensure compliance with Vingroup standards and applicable accounting, tax, and internal control regulations

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports

• Oversee PR, PO, and payment control processes to ensure proper approval workflows and accurate disbursement

• Lead tax planning, filings, and audits; work closely with external auditors and authorities

• Partner with R&D and Procurement teams to plan, track, and optimize R&D and CAPEX/OPEX spending

• Support leadership in financial planning for international expansion and overseas entity setup

• Build, lead, and develop the Finance & Accounting team; improve processes, templates, and data quality

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related fields

• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate finance

• 8–10 years of experience in finance and accounting, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial role

• Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, cost control, management reporting, and working with auditors and regulatory authorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technology, R&D, manufacturing, or high-tech companies

• Familiarity with group finance structures, internal controls, and compliance frameworks

• Experience supporting international operations, overseas subsidiaries, or capital transfer processes

• Knowledge of IFRS and international reporting practices is a plus
