Head of Production Deloyment

REQUIREMENTS

Relevant education and experience

• 8+ years of experience in robotics or enterprise software product deployment

• 3+ years leading cross-functional teams (Product / QA / Deployment)

• Proven experience deploying robotics or large-scale software systems generating significant revenue

• Hands-on experience selling and deploying products in international markets (US / EU / Middle East preferred)

• Strong understanding of commercialization lifecycle: pre-sale → deployment → operation → support

• Fluent English (4 skills: speaking, listening, reading, writing)

• Experience working with international clients and partners

Preferred Qualifications • Deep understanding of robotics systems (hardware + software integration)

• Experience with field deployment, system integration, and commissioning

• Familiar with SLA, reliability metrics, monitoring systems, and OTA pipelines

• Ability to bridge R&D and field operations

JOB DESCRIPTION

Strategic & Business

• Define deployment strategy to scale robotics products into revenue-generating operations

• Ensure successful commercialization of products across Vietnam and international markets

• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and AI teams to align product capability with customer needs

• Build global-ready deployment processes (SOP, SLA, monitoring, OTA, support model)

Product Governance

• Supervise Product Owners in defining roadmap and release cycles

• Ensure features are production-ready before deployment

• Drive continuous improvement loop from field feedback → product iteration

Quality & Reliability

• Establish production-level quality standards

• Implement validation pipeline for software + robot system before release

• Reduce failure rate, improve MTBF, ensure stable operation in field

Field Deployment Execution

• Lead large-scale robot deployments across domestic and international markets

• Oversee site surveys, integration, commissioning, and operational handover

• Ensure strong post-deployment monitoring and support model

Team & Leadership

• Build and scale a high-performance deployment organization

• Mentor Product Owners, QC team, and Field Engineers
