HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities including posting job ads, screening CVs, contacting candidates, and arranging interviews.

• Update and manage candidate data in files and/or HR systems.

• Coordinate with HR team members and Line Managers throughout the recruitment process.

• Support the management and development of employer branding channels (fanpage, LinkedIn, recruitment groups, etc.).

• Assist in organizing internal engagement and employee activities.

• Contribute to internal communication content (newsletters, emails, internal posts, etc.).

• Perform other assigned tasks within the HR department.

Requirements

• Third- or fourth-year students majoring in Human Resources Management, Economics, Marketing, or related fields. Students from VinUniversity are highly preferred.

• Strong interest and clear career orientation in Human Resources.

• Good communication skills; proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

• Basic content writing skills; experience with Canva or other design tools is a plus.
