Product Design Manager/ Expert

About the Role

Gia Binh International Airport is building a unified Guest Platform across mobile, web and key airport touchpoints.

We are looking for a senior, hands-on Product Design Manager / Expert to translate guest insights, CX strategy and Customer Journeys into coherent, scalable product experiences.

You will work closely with GBIA CX, Product, Technology, One Mount and external partners, while establishing the design standards and governance required to support multiple product squads.

What You'll Do

• Translate guest insights and Customer Journeys into product opportunities, concepts, workflows and end-to-end experiences.
• Lead UX and interaction design for key Guest Platform journeys such as onboarding, Fly, Navigate, Shop, Loyalty and AI Concierge.
• Collaborate with CX and other teams on relevant parts of Service Blueprints, particularly guest-facing interactions and digital touchpoints.
• Build and evolve the GBIA Design System, ensuring consistency across mobile, web and relevant physical-digital interfaces.
• Create prototypes, validate solutions with users when needed, and provide design governance / design review across multiple product squads.
• Help establish and scale Product Design capability as the Guest Platform grows.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years in Product / UX Design, with experience leading complex products, design streams or teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating Customer Journey → problem framing → product concept → UX solution, not only UI execution.
• Strong capability in interaction design, information architecture, prototyping and complex user flows.
• Experience building or scaling Design Systems and design governance across multiple teams/squads.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design experiences spanning multiple products, channels and stakeholders.
• Able to consume and apply research, segmentation and persona insights; comfortable conducting validation/usability testing when required.
• Strong stakeholder management and working English.

Strong Advantage

• Experience in travel, aviation, hospitality, mobility, super-app, eCommerce, fintech or large B2C ecosystems.
• Experience with omni-channel or physical-digital experiences such as kiosk, self-service or navigation.
• Experience leading or coaching Product Designers in multi-squad environments.

Why This Role Matters

• Shape the design foundation of a new international airport guest platform from the ground up to meet world-class experience standards.
• Work closely with Product, Technology, CX and Business teams across the One Mount ecosystem, alongside international aviation and CX partners.
• Competitive compensation package including 13th-month salary, performance bonus, premium health insurance, up to 20 days annual leave and learning budget.
