(HN/HCM) Product Owner (AI Platform)

ABOUT ONE MOUNT

One Mount is Vietnam's largest technological ecosystem that creates solutions along the entire value chain, starting with retail, distribution, real estate, and financial services. Our mission is to build Vietnam's most trusted ecosystem, empowering all people and businesses to realize their full potential at the intersection of technology and humanity.

THE ROLE

We are building a breakthrough AI growth product from zero to one that accelerates business growth and transforms everyday workplace conversations — meeting clients, internal strategy syncs, sales pitches, and product planning sessions — by converting conversation data into high-converting next actions and measurable ROI.

You will be the Growth Product Owner driving rapid scaling alongside a senior, AI-native squad (design, engineering, AI engineering, growth marketing). This is a business-impact role: you own user acquisition, retention loops, monetization strategy, and top-line growth, using rapid experimentation and data to scale the product aggressively.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

0→1 product discovery & hyper-growth decisions

• Continuously talk to users and run rapid growth experiments to turn insights into high-impact hypotheses, growth loops, and a aggressively prioritized product roadmap.
• Own core growth & business metrics — user acquisition, activation, weekly usage frequency, Week-4 retention, paid conversion rate, ARPU, and LTV/CAC ratios.
• Prepare and defend the go / hold / stop decisions at each stage gate with the Product Lead and sponsor.

Agile growth execution & feature delivery

• Ship fast: write crisp specs, user stories, and conversion-focused acceptance criteria for new feature rollouts, viral mechanics, and onboarding flows, accounting for AI failure modes.
• Lead high-velocity sprint planning and backlog grooming with engineering; balance immediate growth wins with sustainable architecture.
• Keep specs in sync with what actually ships — the prototype often moves ahead of the documents.

AI quality

• Define what "good" means for AI outputs (accuracy, relevance and usefulness of insights and suggested actions, on Vietnamese-language data) and set up evaluation sets and review loops with the AI engineers and QC.
• Balance quality, latency and cost when choosing models and features.
• Monetization, scaling & go-to-market execution
• Design and optimize monetization funnels, pricing tiers, feature paywalls, and expansion triggers with Finance and BD to maximize revenue growth.
• Support BD on enterprise requirements (SSO, audit, data residency, personal-data law) and turn them into roadmap items.

Trust & compliance

• Treat conversation data as highly sensitive: privacy-by-design, explicit consent, and compliance with Vietnam's personal data regulations — especially for enterprise and banking customers.

Reporting

• Report directly to the Product Lead.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• 4+ years as a Product Owner / Product Manager with a proven track record of driving product-led growth, scaling user adoption, and optimizing monetization funnels.
• Strong history of moving step-change metrics (0→1 product launch, viral growth, activation spikes, retention lifts, revenue conversion) with data-backed proof.
• Growth analytics expert: SQL, funnel analysis, cohort retention, continuous A/B testing, and growth experiment frameworks.
• Writes precise specs and acceptance criteria; comfortable with Jira/Confluence and Agile.
• Has built or seriously used LLM-based products and understands their limits (hallucination, grounding, evaluation, cost per call). Uses AI tools daily in their own work.
• Clear communicator in Vietnamese and good English (specs, vendor docs, research).
• Comfortable in ambiguity: a small team, a new product, decisions made on incomplete data.

Strong advantages

• 0→1 startup or hyper-growth product experience; product-led growth (PLG), B2B SaaS, or subscription monetization scaling.
• Speech, voice, messaging or productivity products.
• Integrations with CRM / calendar / email / chat platforms.
• Real estate sales, banking (RM, retail, lending) or fintech domain.
• Privacy / security-sensitive features; personal-data compliance.
• Mobile-first B2C product at scale.
