- Research new technologies and learn to develop high-load, low-latency services and deliver high availability and performance.
- Experience in Software Development Scala, Java;
- Excellent analytical, observational and problem-solving skills;
- Strong in algorithm and data structure;
- Experience handling substantial volumes of real data, with a focus on building and maintaining scalable data pipelines;
- Familiarity with in-memory and NoSQL databases, hands-on experience is preferered;
- Familiarity with Python programming is a plus;
- Be willing to learn new technologies and programming languagues;
- AI Integration (Bonus): Proficiency in leveraging AI tools / GenAI (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Codex, Claude,...) to optimize workflow, accelerate coding, and improve productivity is a distinct advantage.
