Build better discovery & personalization

• Own initiatives that help users discover, explore, and apply themes, music, frames, and other personalization content;
• Dive into user behavior and data to identify opportunities, uncover root causes, and turn insights into clear product hypotheses and experiments;
• Partner with Data/ML, Engineering, and Design to build increasingly relevant and personalized experiences;
• Prioritize opportunities based on user value and business impact, define success metrics, and continuously iterate based on results.

Build habit & engagement

• Identify opportunities to turn personalization from a one-off action into a recurring habit;
• Own experiences across onboarding, reminders, quests, and seasonal content that encourage users to come back and engage;
• Think beyond individual features and design product loops that connect content, behavior, and repeat usage;
• Use data and experimentation to understand what drives sustainable growth, make trade-offs, and scale what works.

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles within consumer technology;
• Proven B2C product experience, owning customer-facing digital products from discovery through launch and optimization;
• Strong analytical, product, and business thinking—able to turn user insights and data into clear decisions and measurable impact;
• High ownership and attention to detail, with a bias for action and the ability to navigate ambiguity and work effectively with technical teams.
