Why this role exists
Our Vietnam team is the engine of Everfit. Currently around 170 people, roughly 150 in Da Nang and 20 in Hanoi, who built the product that’s made us a category leader in 5 years since launch .
The next chapter is about unlocking what this team is capable of — moving faster but with extreme precision, building with AI in every workflow, and operating at the level of the best companies in the world.
We’re hiring a full-time Content Creator to help make Everfit one of the most exciting and talked-about workplaces in Vietnam.
Think ClickUp Comedy meets a high-growth AI startup. You'll capture the real energy of our Hanoi and Da Nang teams and turn everyday moments into engaging content—from startup life, AI experiments, and company events to team culture, inside jokes, and behind-the-scenes stories. We want to create relatable, humorous, and entertaining content that makes people think, "That's so me."
Some examples include:
- Everyday office situations that everyone experiences but rarely talks about.
- Funny moments, struggles, or small wins in professional life.
- Thoughts or frustrations people have at work but usually don't say out loud.
- Content that reflects the reality of balancing productivity, meetings, deadlines, building Tech product and personal well-being.
The goal is to build content that feels authentic and shareable. Example: Company & Hashtags: ClickUp ( #officehumor, #corporatehumor, #workmemes) (Video #1, Video #2, Video #3, Video #4, Video #5)
You’ll create and publish two pieces of content every day in both Vietnamese and English, helping build Everfit’s employer brand across social media.
If you love storytelling, understand internet culture, and know how to create content that people genuinely want to watch and share, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Stay up to date with trending content across different platforms and formats, understand what makes content engaging (hooks, storytelling, and viral elements), and continuously learn from high-performing content to inspire new ideas.
- Create and publish short videos daily for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook
- Spot trends early (sounds, formats, memes) and turn them into Everfit content within hours
- Write, shoot, star in or direct, and edit comedy sketches about office and startup life
- Own a content calendar and pitch a monthly plan: themes, formats, characters, and the bets for the month ahead
- Report on analytics and trends every week: what performed, why, what is rising, and what we should do next
- Build recurring characters, inside jokes, and a clear voice for the Everfit brand
- Produce in both Vietnamese and English so it lands with local and overseas educated audiences
- Turn real moments from both offices into shareable content
Requirements
- Native Vietnamese and strong English, written and spoken
- You live on TikTok and Instagram and know what is trending before it peaks
- A real sense of humor and timing. You find the funny in everyday work life
- Comfortable on camera and behind it. You shoot and edit fast on your phone
- Fast and consistent. Two pieces a day, every day, without losing quality
What success looks like
You will own clear targets across two areas.
Everfit popularity:
- Month over month growth in followers and views across TikTok and Instagram
- A set number of breakout posts each month (for example 100,000+ views)
Hiring and employer brand:
- Inbound applications and qualified candidates that come from our social content
- Growth in brand awareness with our target audience: highly educated young professionals, 25 to 30, including overseas and US educated returnees
- A measurable lift in “found us through TikTok or Instagram” among new applicants
Preferred Skills
- A personal account or portfolio that already performs
- Experience creating for a brand, an agency, or as a creator
- Interest in fitness, startups, or tech
