About the Role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Branding team in delivering high-quality creative and brand initiatives across Everfit.

This role focuses on project coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and execution. You’ll work closely with the Branding teams in Vietnam and the US to coordinate projects, manage priorities, improve workflows, and ensure initiatives are delivered effectively and on time.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with creative teams. An interest in branding, design, or art is a plus and will help you better understand creative work and contribute ideas to improve how the team works.

Responsibilities

The Branding team plays an important role in how Everfit looks, feels, and communicates globally. As the team grows across Vietnam and the US, we need someone who can bring more structure and efficiency to the way branding projects are managed while supporting the team’s creative work.

You will help:

• Bring clarity and structure to the Branding team's projects and priorities.
• Keep projects moving and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Improve collaboration between Branding, Marketing, Product, and other teams.
• Reduce coordination and follow-up work so the Branding team can focus on creative work.
• Improve workflows, processes, and visibility across the Vietnam and US teams.
• Support the team in continuously improving the quality and impact of its work.

Your Responsibilities

• Work closely with Branding leads and team members in Vietnam and the US to coordinate projects, priorities, and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, and follow-ups across teams and time zones.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure projects are clearly defined, assigned, and delivered on time.
• Facilitate project check-ins and maintain clear visibility of project status and next steps.
• Follow up on projects, identify blockers, and help the team move work forward.
• Support the Branding team with project planning, documentation, and coordination.
• Help improve workflows and processes to make collaboration more efficient.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and other teams on cross-functional branding initiatives.
• Support a team culture of ownership, collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, creative operations, or a similar role.
• Experience working with branding, creative, marketing, or cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with international teams across different time zones and cultures.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup or technology environment.
• Able to balance structure and process with creativity and flexibility.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.

Preferred Skills

• An interest in branding, design, art, or creative work and a good eye for visual quality.
• Background in branding, marketing, creative production, or design.
• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or other creative tools.
• Experience working with brand guidelines or creative workflows.
• Experience collaborating with US-based or global creative teams.
