About the Role
We’re looking for a visually-driven UX/UI Designer who blends a passion for aesthetics with a strong foundation in user-centered design. In this role, you’ll craft elegant, high-fidelity interfaces that are not only visually stunning but also intuitive and delightful to use. Responsibilities
- Collaborate daily with designers, engineers, and co-founders to bring our product roadmap to life.
- Conduct user research, build prototypes, and deliver polished, production-ready designs.
- Ensure pixel-perfect execution, guiding features from concept through to launch.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering growth within the design team.
- Drive the design process with confidence while embracing constructive feedback and iteration.
This is a senior role, where you’ll not only create but also shape the future of our design culture.
Requirements
- 4+ years of design experience, shipping production applications for real-world users.
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (designers, engineers, PMs).
- Strong command of the end-to-end design process: research, prototyping, usability testing, and iteration.
- Experience building and maintaining a scalable design system.
- A portfolio showcasing complex UX solutions, strong visual design, and thoughtful information architecture.
- Exceptional visual and typographic sensibility.
- Clear, confident communicator who can articulate design decisions.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with a passion for pixel perfection, usability, and discoverability.
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- A positive, collaborative mindset with a sense of humor — and a passion for building accessible products that make wellness more widely available worldwide.
- Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal)
