Business Operations Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Operations Associate to join our Engagement Squad and drive the success of Everfit's new user onboarding experience.

You will play a key role in optimizing the onboarding flow that helps new users discover and adopt our fitness app. Working directly with the Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master, and other stakeholders, you'll own the analytics behind onboarding—tracking drop-off rates at each step, analyzing conversion from free to paid plans, and continuously improving the process to attract and retain new users.

You'll also collaborate cross-functionally to keep projects moving and may take on additional operational tasks supporting other Core Product features.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing polished presentation materials and slide decks for program sessions, internal meetings, and partner engagements.
• Support outreach efforts to potential program participants and certification partners.
• Organize program content and maintain clear, accurate documentation across shared systems.
• Track key project timelines, deliverables, and milestones; help ensure all tasks stay on schedule.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, content, marketing) to ensure smooth coordination and execution.
• Communicate with the graphic design team to make sure visual assets and materials are delivered on time and meet requirements.
• Manage and organize the Everfit Academy content library, ensuring materials are well-structured and easy to navigate.
• Support content updates within the LMS and help improve the user experience.
• Monitor user engagement metrics such as enrollments, completions, and feedback; summarize insights for the team.
