We are looking for an experienced Tech Product Manager - Lending to own the end-to-end product lifecycle of our lending portfolio. This is a hands-on technical product role where you will work embedded with engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment. You will drive product strategy, write detailed technical requirements, and collaborate daily with developers, QA, and DevOps to ship high-quality lending products.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Product Ownership
Act as Product Owner in Scrum teams, owning and prioritizing the product backlog
Run sprint planning and backlog grooming meetings with engineering teams
Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria in INVEST format
Make prioritization decisions and unblock the team
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and own the lending product roadmap aligned with business objectives
Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and customer insights to identify opportunities
Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility
Break down epics into deliverable vertical slices for iterative releases
Technical Product Development
Lead end-to-end product development: ideation, requirements, UAT, launch, and iteration
Write detailed PRDs with technical context (API specs, data flows, system dependencies)
Work closely with backend, frontend, mobile engineers and QA on technical feasibility and trade-offs
Participate in API contract reviews and integration planning
Feature Ownership
Origination Digital loan applications, instant eligibility checks, e-KYC and e-signature flows
