Technical Project Manager

Job summary: 

We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Product Management team. You’ll lead the coordination of humanoid robot development projects — working closely with hardware, software, AI, and QA teams to ensure smooth execution from requirement definition to final integration.  

You’ll manage projects on Jira, translate requirements into actionable tasks, track progress, resolve cross-team blockers, and ensure alignment between engineering, testing, and product goals. This role is perfect for someone who loves both technical systems and structured delivery in an R&D environment.     

REQUIREMENTS 

Relevant education and experience 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Mechatronics.  

• 3–5 years of experience in technical project management within robotics, embedded systems, or R&D.  

• Strong experience using Jira for project tracking and coordination.  

• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams (Hardware, Software, AI, QA).  

• Excellent English communication and documentation skills.  

Preferred Qualifications 

• Understanding robotic systems, motion control, or AI-based systems. 

• Familiarity with QA workflows and Agile or hybrid processes. 

• Knowledge of the V-Model development framework. 

• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master.

• Good communication skills, creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the full lifecycle of humanoid robot development projects.  

• Translate high-level requirements into Epics, Stories, and Tasks on Jira for hardware, software, and AI teams.  

• Drive execution through regular sprint meetings, reviews, and progress tracking.  

• Ensure all technical dependencies are identified and managed across subsystems (mechanical, electronics, firmware, AI, control).  

• Collaborate with QA to log, manage, and close issues, ensuring quality across hardware and software builds.  

• Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation for project scope, priorities, and delivery milestones.  

• Report project status, risks, and key metrics to leadership and stakeholders.  

• Continuously improve project workflows and delivery efficiency.
