IV. JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Computer Vision QA (On-Robot AI)

· Validate AI models for: Face detection / Face recognition/ Human detection & tracking/ Intruder detection/ Fall detection and abnormal behavior detection

· Test model performance under real-world conditions: Different lighting, angles, distances/ Occlusion, motion blur, background clutter

· Measure and evaluate: Accuracy, precision, recall/ Inference latency and stability on robot hardware

2. Voice & Conversational AI QA

· Test voice interaction features: Wake word detection/ Speaker recognition / owner authentication/ Speech-to-Text (STT) accuracy/ Text-to-Speech (TTS) quality and response latency

· Validate conversational / Context handling and multi-turn conversations/ Error handling for unclear or incorrect commands

· Test robustness across: Background noise/ Different accents, speaking speeds, and tones

3. AI–Robot System Integration Testing

· Conduct end-to-end testing of AI pipelines: Camera / Microphone → AI Model → Decision Logic → Robot Action

· Verify correct synchronization between: Edge AI on robot/ Cloud AI services (if applicable)/ Mobile app or system dashboard

· Ensure robot behavior correctly reflects AI decisions and confidence levels

4. AI Performance, Stability & Safety

· Validate AI inference stability during long-running operation

· Test AI behavior under: Network loss or degraded connectivity/ Limited CPU / GPU resources

· Identify unsafe, ambiguous, or unstable AI behaviors

· Verify AI outputs comply with defined safety rules and confidence thresholds

5. Dataset & Model Validation

· Review and validate datasets used for training and testing:Coverage, bias, edge cases/ Labeling consistency

· Perform regression testing across AI model versions

· Track performance changes and potential model degradation across releases

6. QA Process & Documentation
· Create and maintain: AI Test Plans/ Test Scenarios & Test Cases/ AI evaluation criteria and acceptance standards

· Document known AI limitations, risks, and edge cases

· Report and track AI defects using Jira / YouTrack

· Participate in AI release reviews and quality sign-off

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Mechatronics.

• 3–5 years of experience in technical project management within robotics, embedded systems, or R&D.

• Strong experience using Jira for project tracking and coordination.

• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams (Hardware, Software, AI, QA).

• Excellent English communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience testing Computer Vision models (detection, recognition, tracking), voice / Conversational AI systems

• Understanding of AI evaluation metrics.

• Familiarity with AI / QA tools and technologies: Python (testing, scripting, data analysis, OpenCV or CV pipeline, REST APIs, logs, and monitoring tools

• Experience testing AI systems on edge devices (Jetson or similar) is a plus Cloud DB: Firestore, MongoDB, SQL
