Senior Project Manager (Web/App)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage Web/App development projects, from planning and development through testing and production deployment. The right candidate must be able to coordinate the Frontend, Backend, Mobile, QA, and UI/UX teams, ensuring the product is released on schedule, at the right quality, and within budget. 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Project Management 

• Plan timelines and allocate resources for Web/App projects. 

• Build and track the WBS, milestones, and critical path. 

• Manage risks and detect schedule or technical bottlenecks early. 

• Control budget, scope, and change requests. 

2. Technical Coordination 

• Work closely with the Frontend, Backend, Mobile App, QA, and UI/UX teams. 

• Track progress on API development, system integration, and the release cycle. 

• Ensure product quality through testing rounds (unit testing, integration testing, UAT). 

3. Stakeholder Management & Reporting 

• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers/partners and the internal technical team. 

• Provide regular progress reports to leadership and customers (status reports, dashboards). 

• Lead meetings: kickoff, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospective. 

4. Process & Quality Management 

• Apply and continuously improve Agile/Scrum processes. 

• Ensure complete project documentation: SRS, wireframes/design specs, test plans, release notes. 

• Manage the backlog together with the Product Owner (where applicable). 

5. Team Management 

• Coordinate with the Tech Lead to allocate work appropriately across sprints. 

• Help resolve resource conflicts when multiple projects run in parallel. 

• Mentor junior PMs/POs, if any. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in software/technology. 

• Successfully managed at least 2–3 Web/App projects from kickoff through go-live. 

• Basic understanding of web architecture: frontend, backend, databases, RESTful API/GraphQL, cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure). 

• Experience with mobile apps (iOS/Android) is a plus. 

• Proficient in Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies. 

• Proficient with project management tools: Jira, Confluence, Trello, ClickUp, or equivalent. 

• Strong planning, risk management, and budget management skills. 

• PMP, PSM, or CSM certification is a plus. 

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. 

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under schedule pressure. 

• Good working English (able to read technical documents and work with overseas partners where applicable).
