Job Summary:
Own business requirements and user stories for the data marketplace, bridging business, operations, merchants, data teams and engineering delivery to ensure the product is built correctly and usable for commercialization.
Collect, analyze, and maintain business requirements for commercializing datasets through the marketplace.
Translate requirements into BRD, user stories, workflow, wireframe input, data dictionary, and acceptance criteria for VSF/engineering.
Coordinate with VinDynamics Data team to define dataset product structure, metadata, sample data, pricing logic, and publishing workflow.
Support UAT planning, test scenario review, defect clarification, and release acceptance.
Maintain product backlog, change log, requirement traceability, and operating manuals for business users.
Relevant education and experience:
5+ years as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Domain Specialist for marketplace, SaaS, e-commerce, data/API product, AI platform, or enterprise systems.
Product Ownership & Business Analysis: Strong experience creating BRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data fields, and product backlog.
Marketplace & Data Product Design: Collaborate with AI/Data teams to package robotics datasets into commercialized “Data Assets”.
Research robotics data market trends in US and EU markets and benchmark global data marketplace platforms.
Experience working with development teams/vendors with agile methodology, UAT, release, and change management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, Information Systems, Data, or related field.
Good understanding of marketplace operations: merchant onboarding, listing, subscription/API access, order/payment flow, customer support, reporting, and admin portal.
Strong documentation, logical thinking, stakeholder interview, and requirement prioritization skills.
English reading/writing proficiency for global product and partner materials.
Preferred with CBAP, PSPO I/II or equivalent certification
Personality/ Attitude:
User-centric, detail-oriented, structured, and proactive.
Able to challenge unclear requirements and convert ambiguity into an executable scope.
Collaborative mindset with strong ownership until release.
