Job summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and capable Senior Accountant to support accounting operations in a fast-growing, globally connected robotics company.
This role will focus on end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across trading, manufacturing, and international transactions. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain strong financial control while supporting business expansion.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform and manage daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, and cost accounting.
Record and reconcile trading and manufacturing transactions, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
Handle international transactions, including import/export accounting, foreign currency transactions, and intercompany balances.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with Vietnamese regulations and company policies.
Perform and control periodic tax filings (monthly, quarterly, and annually) and statutory reporting; coordinate with external auditors and relevant authorities when required. Experience in tax finalization is an advantage.
Monitor and control costs, inventory, and fixed assets, ensuring proper accounting treatment.
Collaborate with internal teams (Procurement, R&D, Operations) to ensure proper financial tracking and documentation.
Participate in improving accounting processes, systems, and internal controls.
Support the Chief Accountant in ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Relevant education and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
5–7 years of accounting experience, preferably in large corporations or multinational companies.
Strong experience in trading and/or manufacturing accounting.
Experience handling high-volume transactions and cross-border activities.
Solid understanding of Vietnamese accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
Familiarity with import/export transactions, intercompany accounting, and foreign currency accounting.
Exposure to international accounting practices or IFRS is a plus.
Personality/ Attitude
High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Good command of English (reading and writing, with ability to work on documents and emails).
